Yoga and Meditation helps us all in one way or another. You can learn how to breathe your way to calmness while also improving your physical health. While yoga has made quite an impact over the last 10 - 15 years here in the West, it is still not viewed as a mainstream therapy, or anything really. However, the upside To that is it still remains a sacred valuable tool and practice that can help all of us attain a higher sense of purpose without conflicting with other paths of religion, medicine or any other conventional modality that we may already practice from our own backgrounds. 

I will tailor your yoga session to your fitness level, flexibility, and your goals. There is no need to compete with anyone, especially yourself. We all start at a beginning which is unique to who we are. Yoga is a practice - not something that is perfected, hence the usage of "yoga practice" commonly spoken among those who do. Please allow yourself to take the opportunity to better yourself - in mind, body and spirit and really, give yourself a break. We are all entitled to a balanced life and the sooner we realize that and embrace it we will begin to feel the positive affects of this amazing practice.
