Here at mindyogawellness.com, we focus on finding balance between the mind, the body and the soul. When those three basic things are in alignment with each other, balance can be found. In our world today, we face the challenge of living a spiritual positive existence, feeling we are contributing to the good of our planet, while still feeling like a part of it. It is difficult to keep that in mind during our daily lives. We all need to make a living to provide for ourselves and our families. There is very little time anymore that we feel we are entitled to take for just ourselves. I see that even an hour a day is a lot to ask of most people. Sadly, most people feel they just cannot afford it and what is more unsettling, they feel they do not need or deserve it. I find that to be very unhealthy for everyone.

When were are not taking care of ourselves, not treating ourselves with respect, care and love we are hardly capable of projecting it outward to others. Here, the goal is to find the balance of being grateful for all things in our lives - even the negative experiences - and the feeling that we are entitled to all of it. This includes taking time for ourselves everyday, and if it helps to schedule it in your date book like an appointment, then by all means, do it!

I began asking questions about life and what we are here to do while a very young child. I always knew there was so much more than what I was learning, or being taught. I knew that at some point in my adult life I would find myself on the very path I am on now. This path is seeking enlightenment, to continuously evolve, grow, learn, teach, guide, think and spread all of it everywhere and onto everyone.

I began practicing yoga almost ten years ago and I was seeking out a way to control my anxiety and panic episodes. It not only provided me with the different methods of breathing but the tools to help calm the mind, clear the chatter and the endless thoughts that would spin around in my brain. I felt I was the only one with this "condition" and I find more and more people really do have this going on more frequently than ever before.

What Mind Yoga Wellness/Mindi Yogi brings to you is the opportunity to not only take stock of yourself and your life, but to make the changes, and the changes you make are really ultimately where you are headed anyway. We will work with you to make that happen more quickly than you had imagined. Through the practice of Yoga, Meditation, Holistic and Wellness Consulting and Coaching, you can find out who you are really supposed to be as we help to peel back the layers of your inner beauty and lead you on a path to enlightenment and peace.
